I remember the oximeter, the oxygen mask… the panic. Staring at the numbers — praying, ‘go up, go up’. And after my dad passed away… not a few weeks later — in a sudden, the whole world lost its breath. COVID-19.
The nightmare goes on…
I’m not sure what I’ve learnt. I just tried writing a line starting with “if there’s something I’ve learn,” only to delete it again.
So, if there’s something I’ve learnt, it’s that life is short. Oxygen is great, but the panic robs you and leaves you in pieces.
My dad always said — party hard.
